Janet Hong is a translator and writer living in Vancouver, Canada. Her translation of Han Yujoo’s The Impossible Fairy Tale was a finalist for the 2018 PEN Translation Prize. Her translation of Ha Seong-nan’s Flowers of Mold appears this season.
